Statement of Customer confidentiality

At DaRo Products we do not simply operate a partnership philosophy with our customers but we also firmly believe in protecting their interests. We are often entrusted to manufacture products or components to customer specifications and sometimes not only assemble the complete item but on occasions actually take orders and distribute the product on their behalf.

Quite clearly, this level of “partnership” between DaRo Products and our valued clients requires a great deal of trust, and we make every effort to ensure that we maintain this level both in terms of our working practice, employee understanding of confidentiality and our willingness to address all reasonable levels of non-competition.

At times we deliver, install and service products on behalf of our customer and all of our staff recognises the importance of confidentiality, professionalism and service levels that we know our customers would wish to show to their clients.

From time to time we will, with permission, show pictures of types of products which may belong to customers. Any specific enquires that we receive relating to customer products will be passed on directly to our customer unless we have been asked to handle enquires direct.           

We are more than happy to enter into responsible non- disclosure agreements, non-competition agreements where appropriate, and the protection of all intellectual property rights, and of course, will be pleased to supply references
