The DaRo design facility

Our skilled in-house design service is at your disposal using the latest 3D engineering software to digitally prototype the concept, through the thought process and into a manufacture-ready product.

With our design teams' training and experience in product design and engineering design, plus the very latest software systems such as Autodesk Inventor, Radan software, ("the world's most powerful sheet metal CAD/CAM software"), allows DaRo Products to offer full in-house 3D design and prototyping.

As manufacturers ourselves, DaRo are more than aware that designing an innovative product is only the first stage; it is bringing that innovation to a practical and cost-effective reality that brings success. Should it be required, our multi-disciplinary work force can help to take your design and prototype from a concept to the final product.

Using our state-of-the-art design software will help to dramatically reduce development time and we can help to design each individual component to ensure ease of manufacture, and where possible, streamline the final process for you.

We can simulate, for example, sheet metal production so that we can produce accurate patterns for laser cutting, we can even formulate assembly patterns and processes for you.

If required, we can manufacture prototypes so that you can really see and feel the product and we can then amend the models in order for you to make any changes prior to manufacture.
