Offering a truly one-stop shop, the following pages accessed via the drop-down menu will give you a flavour of the extensive in-house manufacturing services which DaRo Products provide for our clients.

Operating from our state-of-the-art 25,000 square foot sheet metal fabrication and engineering unit, our specialist services include a full design service and prototyping facility as well as laser and plasma cutting, punching, welding (inclusive of Mig and Tig welding), machining, and powder coating.

Its not just metalwork

As well as our manufacturing services connected to metal work we also have an enviable plastic vacuum forming operation which is not only utilised for the manufacture of casings and enclosures but is also well versed in the manufacture of plastic packaging and anti-static packaging, transit trays, blister packs and point of sale products.

The product assembly service was originally established to assist some of our regular customers who needed help to finish the operation – so our product assembly service encompasses mechanical and electrical assembly, final inspection and packaging. When it is required we will undertake product labelling, sales support and administration, order taking and shipping.       

Accreditation

DaRo Products Ltd is fully BS EN ISO 9001 2008 accredited and “applicable to sheet metal engineering, welding and fabrication, powder coating, plastic vacuum forming, electrical, electronic and mechanical assembly.
