DaRo Products are pleased to offer our existing and mainstream Sheet Metal Engineering customers a complimentary full Powder Coating service to enhance and complete our manufactured products on their behalf – The one-stop shop for maximum protection and enhancement of all your DaRo manufactured metal and plastic items.

Powder Coating, whilst being an economical system, not only completes the desired aesthetic qualities of the product, but also offers excellent durability and resistance to scratches and chemical corrosion even in the harshest environments. By using this system, powders are immediately ready for use and do not require mixing, which eliminates variables in finish, reduces processing time and results in superior film properties.

Powder Coating is used in a wide range of applications in all aspects of every day life, from kitchen appliances and domestic electrical goods through to industrial machinery and enclosures, metal furniture and railings.

Powder Coating offers a superior resistance to scratches and chemical corrosion and has excellent durability qualities when subjected to the harshest environments.

COLOUR RANGE

As well as holding many colours and finishes in stock a huge range of RAL and B.S. colours are available next day from our suppliers, helping us achieve a fast turnaround of your product.

EQUIPMENT

The DaRo powder coating specialist area has a 1m(2) (squared) conveyor oven and our box oven can handle 2.5m x 2.5m

QUALITY

Strict quality control methods ensure consistent results. Attention to detail is essential and DaRo conduct full parts inspection prior to dispatch, inclusive of sampling, auditing and frequent process evaluation

WET SPRAY PAINT SYSTEMS

Using specialist wet spray systems and all our many years of experience we are able to spray all types of materials including plastics to the highest specification.
