Design service and capabilities

The DaRo Sheet Metalwork production team are pleased to work to your drawings or if you prefer we are able to offer full product design facilities and rapid prototyping services.

We have many years experience of manufacturing customer requirements on chassis plates, face plates and mounting plates as well as other customer specific metal plates and will be pleased to discuss your potential requirements without obligation on your part.

Our CNC punching capability can provide very high levels of accuracy to +/- 0.1mm tolerance, and if required, we have auto feed insert facilities in order to enable rapid insertion of a wide range of threaded inserts, standoffs and bushes.

Finishing and Services

Powder coating facilities are also available if required, as indeed are product assembly services.
